I was wondering if lobster and Lebanese food is IBS safe?
Also has anyone eaten at Red Lobster restaurant with success.

Lobster is good - steamed - just don't dip it in butter!
Red Lobster is probably not the best idea - all their food is just dripping with butter and oil.
Lebanese food is kind of iffy. It's fine if you make it yourself, and can therefore modify it for fat content. Speaking as someone who is of Lebanese descent, I can vouch for a lot of it being VERY high in fat when prepared traditionally.

I don't know about Lebanese food but Red Lobster does have a lowfat menu it might be called the lighthouse that has fish that is grilled and doesn't have a lot of sauces ect.

I ate at Red Lobster not that long ago and i got the lobster and salad, and I had some kind of shrimp with it. I just made sure that the shrimp was not the ones swimming in butter and i had no problems at all!
