So after a year of tryign to get my body better, I have candida (overgrowth of yeast in my digestive tract)....I mean after all the medications, my stomach unable to digest...having gastirits, constipation....now this, but I went to a homeopathic doctor this time and she gave me wonderful tips and natural medicines that will help instead of putting ore medications into my system. I"m hoping it will work...
Has anyone here experienced this? I heard its common for those with digestive problems.
How did you experience things?
She said that even though the meds are natural, my body may react to it, ie be tired for a bit or a little nauseated, its not from the medicines its because the meds are getting rid of the bad bacteria and balancing the good bacteria.
She gave me a special diet, however, I can't eat so many raw veggies (we all know how that reacts lol)
Any advice or even sharing your story woudl be great....

How did you find out that you had Candida? What are the tests that they do? I am trying to rule everything out and I dont know if I have been tested for this yet.
