I'm sending a request out for any safe restaurants and what dishes at those places are safe. We used to love eating out and now I'm really missing it. These are the places I go and what I eat (if anyone has any other safe meals at these places as well I'd love to know): Panera-chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl Potbelly Sandwiches-turkey on white with just little mayo and mustard Wendy's-plain grilled chicken, plain baked potato Applebee's-plain grilled chicken sandwich
That's it. I'm getting bored! I can't do chinese and none of my family likes Thai, Indian, Asian so those are out too.
Looking for some new ideas, thanks SO much in advance!

Chili's: The chicken or the salmon from the Guiltless Grill part of the menu. Just skip the veggies. One of them comes with only veggies as a side. Ask if you can get rice instead.

Several things at Noodles and Co are safe. You can also get them to cook yours with little oil- and they actually do it. I have a hard time choosing to eat anywhere else.

I can eat most of the WW meals at Applebee's- not the one with cheese. But since they are low in fat I can handle them. I think the WW desserts might be ok if one is stable and had a low fat dinner. Better than eating too much of DH's bread pudding.
