I make harboiled eggs. Put them in water (on medium heat) until they boil. Boil them for 20 min. Let them cool. Once they are cool you can easily remove the egg yoke and make egg salad or an egg dish of your choice.

I often hardboil the eggs, like Abby does - I use the whites, my pet rat loves yolks, so nothing goes to waste.

I also use the whites to make omelets. I just cook them up like I'd cook whole eggs, in a nonstick pan with some cooking spray, then fill with sauteed vegetables and a little salsa. Yum.

I eat them for lunch often on toast. I spray and margarine a frying pan/griddle and separate the eggs, adding the whites to the pan at medium heat. I add salt and pepper and don't touch the whites much until they are opaque and golden on the bottom. They are yummy and a little crispy this way.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
