hi there. i am new to the board as a poster tend to lurk . i am ibs-c, trying to get off years and years of senna and stimulants in order to "go". i have started natural calm, but am wondering: is it possible to take a double dose if the 1 tbsp is not working? also does anyone know if it works in cold or lukewarm water? i sometimes dont have convenient access to hot water.

thanks in advance!

There have been times where I've had to take about 2 tablespoons in order to get the results I wanted! Definitely give the larger dose a try.

If it dissolves, I don't see why it wouldn't be. But warm water is more soothing to the GI tract.

I bought the raspberry-lemon. Is anyone using the other flavours and what's your verdict on them?

I would stay away from the flavored ones... don't they have artificial sweeteners in them? Those are triggers...
