drinking chocolate/hot chocolate is it safe?

Can anyone tell me if hot chocolate is a safe bet for IBS-C? I can't eat solid chocoalte because I get cramps but I was wondering if the powered chocolate would be ok..Thanks for any advice. Have a great Day!!

I have no problem with hot chocolate, that is one of my treats since there is so little I can eat... so enjoy!!!

If you use "pure" cocoa powder (meaning no milk ingredients added) and a non-dairy milk, hot chocolate is well in line with Heather's diet guidelines.
