best time to take Miralax

For those who have had success with Miralax, is it better to take it first thing in the morning or at night shortly before bedtime?

I take miralax every morning before breakfast. It seems to help me before getting my day started.

Some people say take it at night and others say take it at bedtime. I quess I have to experiment...or take 1/2 dose at morning and 1/2 at bedtime.
Have either of you tried the opposite of what you are doing now?

Jordy,
I know it is confusing when some say one thing and some say something else. You do have to experiment and determine what is best for you.
I take the miralax at night before bed because I seem to need the relaxation and stress free time of sleep for the miralax to work. When I awaken in the morning, I drink a cup of hot peppermint tea, and before I finish the tea I have a "good" BM.
That is what works for me.
