I am fairly new to this sight and have read so much about the peppermint capsules. I have not bought any yet (tried the tea and can't tolerate it) but it says it is good for diarrhea but what about if constipation is the problem??? I don't want to try them and have them make me worse... any advice???????

Peppermint is good for either. It relaxes the muscles and calms them. When I first used them it even gave me a cooling feeling inside. It will not make you worse but it sure can help with the cramping pain. If you can't tolerate the tea then the pills are a great way to go. I love peppermint so I drink tea, eat Altoids or Brach's mints. Just use them as directed with a small amount of water. If you drink too much they will melt in the stomach and you'll feel it up the esphogus. I can't lay down after taking them or they seem to repeat on me and I'm tasting the oil for ages.
