a strange thing happened this morning. I went to the toilet and had a watery poo sorry about the yukkyness but I don't think anyone here minds talking about poopie.
I had some upper left sided discomfort before hand too.
I'm wondering if it was because I didn't eat ANYTHING last night whereas I usually snack a good few times but I was out so didn't, also I didn't eat much dinner at about 4.15 pm. I had some crunchy nut cornflakes for brekkie which normally I'm ok with some acacia powder on but I think maybe without any 'bumper' kinda from the night before?
just wondering out loud (so to speak)
Anyone got any ideas?
thanks

Yes, not eating at night can definitely cause problems in the morning. Our insides are happier when we eat often, so if you go a long time without eating something and then suddenly throw food in, the guts get irritated and rebel.

Snacking is good. So is dinner.
