hi, just wanted to send out a little sympathy, I was a bartender for four years, and now I'm a go go dancer, anyway, I spend alot times in bars not drinking, where as before I found out I had Ibs I almost had a glass of wine, or a drink after work. It's hard being in the bar envirenment and not partaking, but it was so worth it, just think of alchoal as making you sick, no matter how good it seems now. I've switched to cranberry juice and water in a high ball glass with a cherry, I like still being fancy! good luck, and experiment if you want, but trust me, your tummy will thank you if you give it all up!
