Hi,
I really like it. I have a big glass every morning. I buy the sugar one and it reminds me of Tang when I was a kid. It is very mild on the tummy. I used to take Metamucil in the am, but it began to bother my tummy (too much IF, I think). I take acacia in the pm in a cup of tea.

I took the citrucel caplets for a couple of years. I started slow, one per day, and over the course of 2 months eventually ended up taking 7 a day, always before meals. They worked fine for me but now that I tried the acacia I'm much better because one of my big problems was bloating and once i started on the acacia i no longer look like i'm 5 months pregnant. it's really helped my self esteem too so i highly recommend the acacia starting at low doses.
