I've begun taking Jarrodophilus-EPS now as directed on the bottle (1-2 capsules daily). I think I recall someone (maybe Shanna), saying that they take more than that. Is is safe to do so, and how do you know if it's necessary? I'm taking this on the recommendation from my holistic physician for my IBS-D.
The other question is that I have some Pecorino Romano grated cheese from Trader Joes that is made from sheeps milk. This never seems to bother my stomach as much as Parmesan. Does anyone know if Parmesan is made from cows milk? Is there a difference on how they may react to someone like myself who is lactose intolerant? Any input would be appreciated!

It is safe to take your dosage/probiotic brand, to the best of my knowledge. I take the same product, three in the a.m., three at night.
Some ppl don't react as much to sheep or goat's milk... yes, parm is made from cow's milk, as are all regular cheeses..
also, there are dairy free parmisans cheeses at whole foods.
