I don't think so. Besides that cheese doesn't taste that great and wouldn't solve the problem. When I crave cheese I buy my husband one I don't like, then when he eats it and I just have to have a nibble, it is gross and I don't want it. I would just try eating something salty and creamy.

I wonder how soy cheese and cream cheeses are made..That sounds like a good idea. I dont think I wanna nibble any dairy lol, I went nuts out of frustration and had some chocolate cake my mom made then I drank some rootbeer and had a small piece of pizza...I have spasms today and discomfort..so i
'm drinking fennel today. I work at Mcdonalds and I get so hungry I dont have a vehicle so I eat at work. Now, for some reason having a hamburger with some ketchup onions or pickles doesnt bother me too much, I get some gas and bloat, then i try to hide it..I stay away from the sauces, the mac sauce really bothers me its made with eggs and lots of stuff.

I don't know if this will be any good but I found it at http://www.vegcooking.com/recipeshow.asp?RequestID=76 and there are a couple other interesting looking things at http://www.vegcooking.com/FoodTypeSoyProduct.asp

Good luck. If you make any, let us know how they turn out. You can try getting a local store to order some tofu in for you.

Tofu Cream Cheese

Spread this on your bagel or roti for a quick snack. Tofu cream cheese is friendlier to cows than traditional cheese. With half the fat, it's also friendlier to your waistline!

12.3 oz. extra firm silken tofu
3 1/2 Tbsp. cashew butter or 5 Tbsp. raw cashews, finely ground
4 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid sweetener (optional) (be careful with sweeteners, artificial ones can trigger attacks)

• Place the tofu in a clean tea towel, gather the end up and twist and squeeze for a couple of minutes to extract most of the water.
• Crumble into a food processor with the remaining ingredients and process for several minutes until the mixture is very smooth. You may have to stop the machine and loosen the mixture with a spatula once or twice.
• Use right away or scrape into a covered container and refrigerate. It firms up with refrigeration.

Makes 2 cups
