i have the insurance but i'm pre-existing with this. aint that a kick in the head? or the gut, for that matter? i know it sounds silly but if it's more serious than i'm pretty much at the mercy of the terrible results, having had this since i was 12 or so...i can't imagine something fixing the problem now. it was amazing when i first started the diet i actually felt food. but i just don't understand why it all stops working. everytime i figure it out something else bothers. it's usually when i try something new and supposed to be edible for me

Well, it certainly wouldn't hurt to try a gluten-free diet for a while! I would think you'd know pretty quickly whether you felt better or not.

And I can't emphasize strongly enough that diet is not everything. Effective stress management will both reduce the number of attacks and make the attacks less horrible on average.
