ok -- what did I do wrong??? I made homemade chicken-n-noodle soup --- I cooked up a whole chicken, took the meat and cut into small pieces, used the broth for the soup, cut up carrots and celery, for spices I used sweet basil, oregeno and pepper (no salt) and used no yokes noodes and after 15 minutes my colon is spasming? Any speculation out there? I have been very senstive lately.

After I simmer my chicken and before I make my soup, I put the broth in the frig so that the fat congeals at the top. I then take this off before I finish making the soup. I also add red potatoes to the soup for more SF. May be the fat upset your system. Worth a try, Good luck.

Did you remove the fat from the broth? I put my soup in the fridge to conceal and then I remove it and reheat.
Did you eat the celery? I find it is to high in IF.

I did remove the fat from the broth --- I never thought about the celery bothering me.... maybe that is it?

Did you eat the dark meat? Dark meat is very fatty. Also the celery is too much for me to handle.
Another thought is simply the amount you ate? I used to eat soup by the bowlful, I now limit myself to 1/2cup servings which is quite small, but it works.
It could have simply been that your system was really sensitive and the simple act of eating upset it (especially if on an emtpy stomach). Try to eat small amounts of food frequently, and eat more SF.
