What to eat after a sigmoidoscopy?

I'm having the test done on the 28th (yech). I have to fast 24 hours before and drink a gallon of Colyte as a prep to clean out the colon. Anyone take that before? And what's safe to eat after the test? I'm very nervous about all of this.

if it makes you feel any better at all, i'm having a colonoscopy on the 28th also. The prep for a colonoscopy says you can resume your normal diet right after, but i'm not sure for your situation. it's a simple, quick test. Don't worry, just let the doctors do what they know how to do. they see butts all day long, thats what makes me feel better.
