Blueberries and bannanas What are your biggest gas offenders???

Now I know that bananas and blueberries are supposedly good for you- but I find them gassy- along w/ avacado- anyone else?--

Nope. Don't have any problems with that. If I eat a lot of soy I can get gas. The worst thing for me is bell peppers but I gave those up years ago as they bothered me even before the IBS got bad.

Yes the bananas give me gas and make my c worse I ahvem't tried blueberrys?? But can't do onion.

I'm allergic to bananas so can't eat them but blueberries definitely give me gas, although I find my worst offenders are brussel sprouts and asparagus.

I can handle not too ripe bananas with no problem. I cannot handle blueberries -- too much IF.
