These tortilla shells here contain 11g of fiber per serving. Can you tell from the ingredients if it would be soluble or insoluble?
Ingredients: ENRICHED FLOUR (niacin, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folate), WATER, OAT FIBER, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: BAKING POWDER, (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), YEAST, SALT, SUGAR, XANTHAN GUM, GUAR GUM, SORBIC ACID, CITRIC ACID, CALCIUM PROPIONATE (to maintain freshness).

From the ingredients, it would be both: enriched flour is SF, but oat fiber is typically the IF portion of the grain.
I would personally use them as a SF source anyway, because I'm stable and handle a LOT of IF with ease. I think you should use your gut (hah!) instinct with this one. If you're totally not stable yet, or in full flare-up mode, I probably wouldn't trust them to be a SF source alone just yet.

Well I have had about 4 of these over the past 2-3 days with no ill effects so far so I think they are more SF than IF just don't know how much.
