Good morning. I'm trying my best to get more fruits and veggies into my diet. I'm ok with the safe veggies (NO LETTUCE, greens, onions or peppers for me). I enjoy fruits like cantaloupe, strawberries, peeled apples and peeled pears. Has anyone had any bad reactions to these? How about some other fruit and veggie options that have worked well for you? I tried to "search" the boards but couldn't come up with the right combination to find the info I wanted. Looking forward to a little more substance to my meals. Also - Acacia. I am VERY prone to gas. I'm currently not taking any fiber supp. Should I start out slow (lilke 1/4 tsp)?

I'm fine with those fruits. I always have with a soluble fiber base. For example, I like using strawberries in my oatmeal, or smoothies with banana. Or sometimes I'll just have some fruit after a meal. I'm do fine with all fruits, at least that I know of.

And if you start the acacia, definitely start slow. 1/4 tsp is good.
