Heather's book talks about eating "mashable food" as a way to identify soluble fiber foods like bananas, yams, etc. Does this mean that baby food might be a good idea as a way to more easily digest food? It certainly would be easy to transport if you are a person on-the-go. I sometimes eat the fruits and that way I avoid eating skin from fruit, which is hard to digest. What do you think? (I have IBS-C)

A lot of people do this when they just can't seem to digest anything else. If it works for you, keep right on with it.
