Fennel tea. Have you tried it yet?

I find the tea doesnt have enough oils so you would have to drink alot of it alllll day.

What brand tea have you tried? Most teas found in grocery stores aren't that good - oil content wise, but I've found Heather's to be really good.

Would peppermint and caraway caps work better than Heather's peppermint caps? I just started taking these yesterday.

I never used Heathers. (Sorry Heather) I use Traditional Medicinals Eaters Digest or Celestial Seasonings Tummy Tamers or Yogi Teas Stomach Ease. But I dont drink them 3 times a day. Just at night only when I feel uneasy after dinner or when I am at a restaurant. The Regimint caps 3 times a day take the place of that.

It's the best remedy for gas that I've found! And it helps a lot with digestion.

I wonder if maybe you're not getting a high enough volitile oil content for the fennel to really make a difference for you. If you can afford it, perhaps give Heather's tea a try. If you don't like the loose fennel seeds, she sells it in tea bags too.

By far, the only thing that has ever helped me with gas is fennel tea. Heather's bags are great...but I usually use two at a time. I started buying whole organic fennel seed and brewing in a tea strainer every morning...it's stronger and cures all my gas. I hate gas....am so happy I have found fennel!!

Does anyone know if you can take too much?

Could you please explain how to do this? Do you need a special appliance? Where do you buy the organic seeds? Thanks.
