Any suggestions for supplements or anything so that I can enjoy a nice salad? Lettuce has been a trigger for me unless it's just a leaf or two on a sandwich. I miss salad.

After working up to 2 tablespoons of acacia a day, i've been able to enjoy salads a few times a week.

Dont eat it alone. Have plenty of bread or crackers before hand and enjoy the salad. See what happens and let me know. Are you ibs D?

Thanks everyone - so I will add Acacia into my diet and eat a smaller salad with something good for my tummy. Why didn't I think of that? LOL
