I have had IBS for 4 years and was getting pretty board of the same foods and so was my family, but thanks to ya'll I can change it up now. For example:I make a batch of safe chocolate chip cookie dough, melt the ice cream and mix it in and refreeze it for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. (They have a cookies and dream flavor, but they use dairy cookies for it so if you are VERY sensitive to dairy you might not tolerate it. ) MMMM I want some ice cream now! Enjoy!
