would this pasta be ibs safe?

just making sure..have you tried this kind..it's the plus kind not the reg. white pasta.

I had it a few times. I got a D attack once but that was before I was stable. Its really good for you if you can tolerate it. Let me know if you do. I may give it another try. Jo

I always eat barilla pasta, and I've definitely had the barilla plus a couple times, maybe 2 or 3 times. I don't ever remember it giving me a problem. I think you would be just fine with it.

The ingredients look like they have a large amount of SF. With the barley and oats and semolina being the first ingredient, so I was surprised, but this looks safe. Many people can eat soba noodles too and they are whole grain.
