http://www.planetherbs.com/articles/triphala.html This sounds wonderful..but i wonder if a person could get dependant on it? says its a colon cleanse...my doctor said i shouldn't take colon cleanses..maybe this isn't a true cleanse? I was also wondering it it would be best to take this in caplet or powder form. ALso, can it react with any medications or vitamin supplements? i take amitiza, mirilax, probiotic by metamucil, sometimes take omperazole, acacia, think thats all.

Cleanses are not good for people with IBS. I think triphala has been discussed here before, do a search and see what you get.

i already did a search and i knew about it from a post, not much there, i posted this post because i wanted specific details. Maybe someone is taking it now and could share how its going or have other things to say, maybe they want to look at the 2 links i posted too.
