Pages: 1 digestive enzyme question       #294736 - 12/27/06 06:14 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered i take digestion Essentials by Peter Gillham. i took it and i had a little cramping and pain. I have ibs c but i don't get pain, i get c, straining, bloating, trapped gas. I was wondering if there is something in this brand that's bothering me, the tablets look weird their round and thick..maybe that could cause problems? What's the best digestion enzyme to take..maybe i should try a diffrent brand? waste some money, throw the bottle away..trial and error to find one that works. I love it! I can only find it at CVS, but I figure any pharmacy can order it for you.
