I haven't tried them either, but if I'm remembering the name correctly, I've heard other people on here rave about them. They're supposedly really good!

I looove Amy's stuff! I've had it for years. Though I used to get all her stuff with cheese...I'm a real cheese lover, and now that has to change...but usually her stuff is fantastic! Totally worth trying.

I got stuck eating at a all-American restaurant the other day and there was nothing ok on the menu except cheeseless pizza. I had it with chicken, mushrooms and artichokes. It tasted not so good and it was over baked, but I did not get sick at all afterward which is amazing. I have found any restaurant will give you cheeseless pizza. The one time I tried to have a calzone with less cheese I got D on the way home- so less cheese did not work for me (toppings were the same)

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
