How do you know conclusively something is a trigger?

usually people follow the break the cycle diet and eliminate everything else. Slowly introduce something back, and see if it aggravates your ibs. Try the same food 2 or 3 times to see if you get the same reaction.

I will try this again, I have done it in the past and things that I reintroduced several times and had not reaction, I've had a reaction to other times......that's what is so confusing. I will keep trying!!
