I have started working on increasing my dose of benefiber _on 1 tbs twice daily and plan to increase it up to 2 tbs twice daily (The fibercon is fine, but benefiber is so much easier to take! Is this adequate?? I have both d&c and only have d usually if I let myself get really constipated. Maryh

2 T 2x/day is fine for Benefiber. Don't forget to keep your water up for it to work!

Just wondering...I take Fibercon and find it very easy to take since it's in a pill form, and it's also been working for me so far. So, for you, what is easier about Benefiber? Do you think it works better than Fibercon? I have IBS D&C as well.
