It is over 37000 yrs separated from bovine and is a different genus. I am part Native Amer and unable to eat beef since gall bladder surgery................ Has anyone tried??
What do you think??? You cannot be allergic to anything you have never encountered. The fat is low, but cholesterol is similar....

Near the top of this page you will see a line with
Message board ' Search ' My Home ' .....
Click on Search. This opens a new window. In the "Forum or category to search" select 'eating for IBS'. Enter the word 'Bison Buffalo' in the search line and select 'Or' as the search option. In the 'Date range' field select 'All Posts' and then click on 'submit'. This should return a number of posting with either of the words in them.
