Actually there is just one thing I want to know about "IBS sex," but I am afraid to ask it! Really I absolutely HATE to ask this question and I apologize if this is offensive to anyone.
Do you know how seminal fluid would affect IBS? Would it be safe? Would it be irritating?
Again, I truly apologize for asking this question.

Semen is in the reproductive area, it does not reach your digestive system. However, if your talking about oral stuff, it should be okay, but IBS is an individual thing so you would have to try and see what happens.
