I used to take 7-8 citrucel caplets throughout the day, one or two with each meal. The instruction on the acacia say to take it in the morning, night, and middle of the day- my question is can take smaller amounts throughout the day as I did with the citrucel or do I have to take a bigger amount less frequently? thanks for your help!
