starting dose for natural calm? how long will it take to work?

hi,
what is a good starting dose for natural calm? I'm very constipated w/hard pebbles.

I would start with one teaspoon and either increase or decrease from there.
Take it before bed....helps you sleep, too!

It's a magnesium citrate supplement. Magnesium is a natural "laxative" and can be taken daily. It's MUCH more gentle than, say, Milk of Magnesia. It's great stuff!!

You should notice a difference within just a couple of days. If one teaspoon doesn't do anything, you can jump right up to two teaspoons. Once it gives you D, back off until it's "just right".
