I have eaten egg white omelets, and I use them in cooking a lot. I haven't had any trouble from them.

I haven't eaten them for a while. But when I did, I thought I felt worse. I didn't want to blame the egg whites because they were "suppose to be safe" and are safe for most people. Maybe I'll try them again one day. But not for a while!

No, I'm fine with egg whites, but do terribly with the yolks... Probably the fat content

I don't think there's anything to bother you in the whites...

No troubles at all with them. I usually just boil 2 eggs and have them after/with a bowl of oatmeal for some protein in the morning. Sometimes if my dinner doesn't have much protein I'll have them with dinner.

I also tried an egg white sandwich, pretty tasty if you use some veganaise and add some spices.

I cannot eat egg whites by themselves. I don't know why but I get terrible gas. But I can eat them in things like French Toast. I know they are supposed to be safe but not for me!

I had always had some difficulty with whole eggs and now I know why-because of the fat content in the yolks. However, I have tried several times (in varying ways) since starting Heather's diet and I still feel "yucky" for lack of a better word after eating egg whites. I don't get d...I almost feel nauseous of something though. They're okay if in something but not plain. I thought it was just me!
