I'm currently on the Dr. Natura (drnatura.com) Colonix and Toxinout program. I'm doing the 30 day, instead of the recommended 3 month program. My main concern was parasites and it appears that my suspicions were right. The program comes with fiber, anti-parasite, Flora Protect pills, teas and other supplements. Check out the site for details.
I know these type of cleansers are not recommended. However, the site refers to helping IBS sufferers.
I have to admit that I am feeling less bloated, have less backaches and have lost some weight. Of course, the downside is having to go to the bathroom so much. I guess I'm lucky that I have a home office.
Has anyone try this program and can give me some feedback?

LAGuy - How did it go with the detox/cleanse?
I also am looking to do something like that and wondering what others' results were. I know others here on the boards highly recommend not doing the cleanses but I think it may be worth it.
