Living in Australia can sometimes be a disadvantage on this board cause sometimes i dont understand colloquialisms and brand names are different. Thus graham crackers. I gather that they are some kind of Whole wheat cracker, but i'm looking for an exact description. Is it ground really well? what are the ingredients? How much fat does it contain?
Has anyone from Australia disovered their equivelent. The main reason i want to know is to use it in a recipe or two.
thx

I think a similar product in Australia is wheatmeal biscuit. Here's what Graham crackers look like http://www.nicecupofteaandasitdown.com/biscuits/previous.php3?item=115
