ok so i've now found that corn doesnt work for me so i'm living on rice cereal non dairy ofcourse, crackers and chicken vegetable soup (homemade) but my bms arent improving i try to include some insoluble fibre but its tricky i'm trying to be normal and even tried getting a job, but then my stomach ruins everything! I just want yo curl up in a ball and never eat again, but i know thats not the answer just very annoying having to live like this when all my friends and family are functioning and living normal lives and im left on the side lines with stomach cramps and spastic colonic moments. I keep going and trying to follow all the advice heather and you guys give, but I just wish i could rip my colon out some times. Any one else find they could eat something before and then suddenly it gives them problems? any advice greatly appreciated thanks againxx

Have you tried adding a small portion of boiled white rice, bolied peeled potatoes or pasta twice a day to your diet?

There is an added benefit of eating them cold.
