Since it is so rare there are not a lot of very good web sites on it. This just happens to be centered around children but adults have this too.

If you truly believe you have this then you should ask your doctor to check for it. You really need to have all the information about it lined up though, including why you think this is what you have, before you talk to your doctor. This disease is so incredibly rare - around 280 cases in the US since 1937 - you're going to need to be very clear about how your symptoms match those of Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis to convince your doctor to test for it.
