Hello! I know that vitamins can be hard on IBS patients' system. However, my husband was sick back in September and I, the smart one here, took two doses of Airborne, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. I took them thinking that I was saving myself from the flu. Well, on Sunday afternoon, I had severe diarrhea. I almost didn't make it to the bathroom. Embarassing! I continued to have diarrhea after every single meal for the next two weeks. Nothing seemed to help. It was like there was something inside of me that my body needed to expel immediately. So, my question is, have any of you ever taken Airborne and found that you have gotten sick? Just in case you don't know, Airborne is an effervescent tablet that contains huge quantities of vitamins that are supposed to boost your immune system. I don't think I will ever take Airborne again, but I am just curious if anyone else has ever had an experience similar to this! THANKS!

Airborne products in addition to containing herbs also contain sorbitol and sucralose. These are known to cause D.

You have to read the ingredients carefully.

the fake sugars plus the big dose of Vit C would do it for most people, ibs or not, try propolis or echinacea next time, even better with least likelyhood of side effects is colloidal silver, do some research it is natures best natural fighter for killing or preventing anything foreign to your body.

I have gone to wearing depends on bad days so I do not have much to deal with if I cannot get to the bathroom.
It feels much cleaner than having accidents in underwear.
