I tried cornmeal pancakes for the first time this morning. Very nice but kind of gassy(gas bubbles feeling). Would fennel tea help with that? : :( :(

Not sure about the fennel tea (I'm allergic to so many spices and herbs, even mint leaves!). But, instead of the cornmeal pancakes, I've been using cornmeal mush (I think it's Jaxons) by slicing it and "frying" it with butter-flavor Pam spray, and using a little pure maple syrup. It's very convenient and filling. Just don't know if it would make any difference for you. For myself, I know that I can't eat very much of any type of corn product at one time. One of my biggest triggers, unfortunately.
