need ideas for soft foods after root canal pls?

I've already got Amy's butternut squash soup, sweet potatoes & mushed up cooked carrots. The dentist put in a temporary filling & is going to finish it up next Thurs, so I have to eat soft foods until then. I can't think of anything else, my mind is blank. I guess the novacaine numbed my brain too!

Chicken noodle soup...or maybe just broth with the noodles.

Thanks for all the ideas! I found some tomato soup that didn't have milk in it, amazingly enough. I also got some jello, and some Ensure. I can't do rice at the moment (it still hurts to chew) but I'm really hoping I can have it in a few days, I'm craving rice pudding! Even though it hurts a lot this is a great excuse to eat a bunch of soy ice cream!!

I've had three root canals and as long as I chew on the other side, I've always been okay. Just don't eat/chew sticky things like gum.
