Hi, I haven't posted in a long time but I wanted to share this with the IBS-C crowd. I read a small article from a dr. in a magazine recently and it mentioned trying powdered magnesium, gave the website to contact and everything. Anyways, I ordered it a about 7 weeks ago and I have had a normal bowel movement everyday for the past five weeks. It's incredible for me. I had tried magnesium supplements before by way of a pill, but had no luck. The powder has really regulated me perfectly. I take it twice a day. No SF's every did anything for me, so this is huge for me. I hope I can help someone else with this info, and I hope everyone is doing well. Diane

There are a number of taking Natural Calm. Is that the one you take? How much do you take?
I was reading through your old posts to see if you were taking an SFS. At one point, you were taking almost 2 Tablespoons of something. Are you still taking it? What about diet? Did you ever start eating for celiac?

I'm taking Mag Max 250. So, 250 Mg. twice a day. Though for the first week I took it three times until it started working. I had tried citrucel and acacia, but didn't get the results I get with this. I was on a celiac diet at one time before I was diagnosed with IBS. After finding out I always stuck to the IBS diet to avoid attacks, but for me it wasn't enough to stay regular. Don't get me wrong. I still stick to the diet!

Do you take any SFS at all now with your magnesium?
Thank you. I love your username!
