What do you people here think about the red tea made of the african rooibos herb (it does not contain any caffeine) so is it ok to include it when you eat the IBS diet? My experience of it is that natural red tea/ rooibos or vanilla red tea is ok but the kind mixed up with stronger spices and/or bergamot causes bloating, pain and cramps.

It's perfectly safe. Lots of the people on the board seem to drink it. you can do a search to find more feedback.
