Overeating at Dinner time

can eating too much at dinner cause constipation? I find that on a regular day I eat the most at dinner time cause i'm so hungry.

I don't know if it can cause sonstipation but it can cause discomfort. I eat 3meals and 3 snacks and try to make lunch my biggest meal if they are to have one meal my biggest, that way i have lots of time to digest it before bed.

I just ran into this. I had gotten a call from a friend which put me way over the time I normally eat dinner. The rest of the evening, because it was a fairly big meal, I was miserable, even today. I'm going to go back to eating a lot early. If it hadn't been so late and dark I would have gone for a walk. So yes, it's happened to me like you described.

I heard its good to make sure you eat every few hours so it keeps your digestion going. I too eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. A lot I think has to do with routine.
