Hi
I've discovered some dairy free smoothies in the supermarket, but not sure if they're safe as they contain reconstituted fruit juice - what does this mean? The ingredients are: apple puree, banana puree, raspberry puree, reconstituted apple and raspberry juices, vitamin c and natural flavours. Can anyone tell me whether this would be safe? (By the way HFCS is not a problem in New Zealand).
Also does anyone know what we can take for sinus problems that is safe for IBS? Are antihistemines likely to cause attacks? I am also looking at natural remedies that contain garlic (which I eat with no problems), horseradish, fenugreek, marshmallow and golden seal - does anyone know whether that would be safe?
thanks all Hannah

Hey there,
Well, I have chronic sinusitis and normally have to take antibiotic's when I have sinus troubles it's the only thing that helps me. However I have friends that keep their sinus problems at bay by using a nettie pot with a few drops of golden seal in the rinse, taking echinacea and swabbing their nostrils with hydrogen peroxide (yes really).. a good homeopathic medicine is Sinusalia by Boiron which you can by at most health food stores.
Hope some of that help..
Renee
