I'm not familiar with their vitamins, but I have to say that Power 90 is a GREAT workout/weight loss program!

i would avoid these vitamins, in addition to being vitamins and minerals they are also giving you a bunch of amino acids which are notorious for causing some stomach upset, plus if you are eating your protein you do not need, as protein will give you these amino acids. i would take a good quality maulti vitamin/mineral and hold off on all the extra added stuff.

i really like these vitamins, they work well for me and have noticed a diffrence in my muscle tone and just overall. Sometimes they upset me some, but i'm more mild when it comes to attacks, i don't get them often, and the worst one i've had, it wasn't a bent-over-in-pain. It was from eating a bunch of no-bake cookies. When it comes to certain things, i won't give them up, i say "[censored] you Colon." Thank you, others can also read that they can be bad for ibs.

I love to say it because its funny, and IBS is an inconvenience. When it pisses me off I wish I had a reg body where i can shove any kind of food down my throat anytime of day.
