Anyone had Zelnorm not work?

I have been taking Zelnorm for 10 days now and it is not making me "normal." I finally took a Dulcolax on Saturday night and on Sunday morning I used a colon cleanse fiber/herb mix with water stuff. This morning I finally got an empty feeling after going potty.

The Zelnorm has changed things enough that I am having relief of that horrid pain 75% of the time. Thankfully!!

Hi Melani,

Well, I've been taking Zelnorm for about 10 days as well and just when I thought it wasn't working I stopped taking it and although Heather's diet has been a lifesaver for me the zelnorm does help with the bloating. I still have to drink Smooth Move (which I'm trying to stop) to be able to go to the bathroom..

Before I found this website and bought Heather's book I thought I was never going to feel better. Less than 24hrs after starting to eat soluble fiber and drinking the tea's I finally started to feel somewhat normal.
