I was diag. with IBS 6 yrs ago/ The last 2 yrs. I cannot eat any fruit or veggies or I will almost instantly get D.
I love salads and fruits so this killing me not to be able to eat the food that is susposed to be so good for you.
Is there any help besides mass doses of Immodium.?

Have you read this entire website, not just the boards? Or have you read any of Heather's books? These two things helped me find out how to eat and drink for IBS and what supplements were beneficial for those suffering from IBS. Eating fruits and veggies was impossible before I followed Heather's recommended guidelines. This website is a wealth of information.
