If you have a trader joes or whole foods they carry a variety of sprouted products including cereal, pasta, breads. Ezekiel and Alverdo street I think is the brand.I didn't see the difference in myself but have heard some people have an easier time with digestion.

silver hills bakery does an entire line of sprouted flourless breads, they have wheat based ones and spelt based ones, they are a canadian company though, but a reallt large one, you should be able to find them in the states i think.

the brand or the store? Is there a brand name? I never heard of this company. Canada is the place to be!

silver hills is the name of the company, but i know for a fact that those of you in the US have far more options than we do, go to your local HFS and see what you can find, there are a bunch of companies that do sprouted bread, just be wary of the ezekiel, it has so many ingredients and it doesn't taste all that great to me anyway for 5 dollars a loaf.
