I'm an IBS-D, but with the diet and hypno, I've been relatively stable for several months now. However, as a teacher, I get sick a lot and would like to take a Vitamin C supplement. I tried it this week and it has upset my poor intestines each time. Has anyone else had this experience? Anyone had luck with Vitamin C?

vitamin c often goves people burning and D if you are very senmsitive. you can try ester-c, which is vitamin c bufferedc with calcium to help the acidicness of the vitamin go down easier, or you can take elderberry instead of vitamin c, etc, there arte other immune boosting options.

I take 500 mg of Ester-C twice a day and do well with it.
